Angelo is the Founder and Managing Director of Talent Executive, leading client acquisition and management of the company. Angelo has a hands-on approach to relationship management and talent acquisition outcomes across the business. Angelo works across multiple industry verticals and has a primary focus on managing the government and financial services practice.

Angelo has a Masters in Commerce (Human Resource Management) and has been instrumental in positively impacting careers and business outcomes for over 20 years in the talent acquisition industry.

Mike Lynch is a highly experienced professional with over 25 years of expertise in ICT project resourcing, IT executive search, and interim management across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific. Colin is a Principal Consultant within our Leadership/Senior Appointment practice. With over 20 years’ experience in recruitment across Australia and Asia Pacific, he guides corporations through all stages of their talent acquisition process.

Colin has a broad executive search, recruitment and consulting background that has enabled him to build an extensive network of professionals across Asia Pacific. He takes a hands-on approach to managing the executive search practice and continues to enjoy business partnerships with high profile corporations in the ICT and Professional Services industries.

Jeff leads our Contracting & Interim Management practice, bringing 25 years of experience in recruitment and interim talent solutions. Combined with his strong understanding of business operations, Jeff provides clients with expert guidance and delivers interim professionals who possess the skills and experience organisations need to drive projects and fill critical roles effectively.

Jeff maintains close relationships with our extensive talent network of senior leaders, program and project managers, transformation specialists, and other high-calibre interim professionals. Sam is a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in the public sector and commercial clients. He has demonstrated success in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent within government organizations, the not-for-profit sector, and small and medium commercial clients.

Sam has in-depth knowledge of public sector recruitment processes, policies, and regulations, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional results.
